Hill North had been without a Minister since 1st September 2002. Some of our
leaders met with representatives from The UCA Presbytery of Bourke on Friday

future. After careful consideration by both Church Councils and Congregational
Meetings, this led very happily, to:
After each congregation formally endorsed the Agreement, it was approved by both the Presbytery Pastoral Relations Committee and the Synod Placements Committee. The Linked Congregation Steering Committee meets on a regular basis. The Pilgrim representatives are Rev Jason Kioa, Megan Coote, Max Coote and David Small. The Grove representatives are Bill Harrison, Fred Nancarrow and Essie Tremewen. The current Pilgrim team assisting with worship leading/preaching includes Rev Jason Kioa, Megan Coote and David Small. All of us are glad to be serving God in this particular ministry as we support a neighbouring congregation through this partnership. The relationship between Pilgrim and The Grove is currently being reviewed in the light of the Manningham Uniting Churches Shared Ministry process. |
